We practice sustainable design, fine craftsmanship, and building science.

Our vision is to set new standards for luxury by helping clients understand the value of comfort, durability, indoor air quality, efficiency, and resiliency.

Buildings are substantial investments and we recognize the importance of building residential and commercial spaces with lower operating costs and lower upfront costs.

Our team works with architects, engineers, and designers to design-build projects tailored to our clients’ needs.

We support the entire build cycle from pre-construction to “APRÈS” [after]finish.

What is our Story?

We started Après Build in 2017 after supporting many reputable builders in Park City with finish carpentry.

We built our reputation framing large complex structures with heavy timber, steel, structural insulated panels (SIPS), and insulated concrete forms (ICF).

Our family, the Butterfields, have been in the lumber business since the 50s and our suppliers support our success.

We moved to pouring our own foundations in 2019 to have more control over scheduling and ventured into excavation in 2020 when it became harder to schedule subcontractors to start new projects. We have enjoyed having more control over our projects and sanity by self-performing these trades in house.

Our custom homes receive a finer touch with bespoke architectural millwork, finish trim, doors, and cabinetry.
