I highly recommend Après Build to all of my friends and clients. Tim was great to work with and kept our needs and wants in focus as he worked on our house. He finished in a timely manner and always had a good crew of people working with him. We did have a few issues with the engineering of the home and Tim brought these issues to light very quickly and worked with us to find some effective solutions to these problems. He was instrumental in our build.

We hired Tim as a general contractor for our mid-sized remodel in July 2020. During the reno, Tim discovered some structural errors hidden. Tim proposed a solution and worked with our structural engineer to get it approved and made the repairs quickly. Tim handled all the logistics flawlessly. He also dealt with all the permitting and inspections (We passed, no corrections). He worked within our schedule and got everything done on time, and to our satisfaction. He also accommodated additional work we asked him to take on, all within that same schedule. Very happy with Apres Build – and would definitely work with Tim and his company again. He’s very proud of his work quality, and doesn’t take shortcuts.

Tim did a great job of consulting with me and making recommendations based on his expertise. He gave me options to keep the project within my budget, and the quality of their work has proven to be excellent. I would highly recommend working with them on any project!

Tim is a straight shooter and his work stands for itself. Would recommend him on any job big or small.
