Deer Valley Oaks

One of our most challenging structural projects to date, we replaced rustic log columns with modern steel columns to revamp the great room. We were able to open up the space between the living room & great room with a massive steel beam which we lifted with a combinations of heavy equipment, material lifts, winches, & brute strength. In addition to the work we completed on the interior, we opened up the exterior views by installing custom moment frame steel, & rebuilt the deck with steel & concrete retaining walls to cantilever off the side of the steep hill.
