Lake Rockport Estates

Rockport Estates is a neighborhood perched above Rockport Reservoir in Eastern Summit County. Originally designed to be a seasonal summer community, residents have adapted over the years to live on the mountain year-round. In order to prepare this house for maximum self-sufficiency, we installed a water catchment system that melts snow, filters out particulate, & stores water for year-round usage. We also replaced the existing water service from the road to the backflow preventer to resolve issues with an unprofessional install that took place decades ago.
